Good morning all!
Breakfast. My breakfast started with a leftover of blueberries (for sure I put a very generous sprinkle of sugar) and a strong cup of coffee. The Allergy free diet list says nothing about coffee… If you have enough power do not use it for these 5 weeks. As for me, I really love coffee, I love absolutely everything about it! So, I am drinking a freshly brewed coffee every morning. Anton decided that with this nutrition he would consume as little coffee as possible, and eventually he would stop at all.

I personally prefer to eat blueberries in the morning either in porridge with milk (in our case right now kaurajuoma by kaslink Aito) or eat just like that. We bought two different types – 1,5% fat and 0,5% Luomu both by Aito. We liked the fatter one more.
And how about you? What is your favorite breakfast meal?
Snack time. Later for the snack I had a rye crisp with Flora and chicken sausage with baby carrots (baby porkkanat) we bought in Prisma store.

Our dinner. After we got home from our training I started to prepare our dinner. I boiled potatoes with dill. Then fried onions in Keiju sunflower oil, as well as fried pulled oats Nyhtökaura nude. From the greens, I just chopped Chinese cabbage, cut up cucumber, put radishes and cut avocado in slices and add sprouts (idut). Anton also liked to eat raw cauliflower and broccoli.
The only minus was the same for us – after the training and my cooking getting ready, we had dinner quite late, especially if we start a day from a morning training.
Dessert. We ate dried dates and plums (taatelit ja luumut), and I added a half of papaya. I felt that I made a small mistake to eat it the day I bought. The fruit was unripe, and the pulp was hard enough. I should have given it a little more time! Instead I read some interesting facts about it.
Papaya is rich in nutrients, but it contains only few calories. Sweet papaya with its soft texture was called “the fruit of the angels” by Christopher Columbus.
In 100 gr. of papaya as a percentage of the daily norm contains: vitamin C – 144%, folic acid, fiber, vitamin A and magnesium. There is an important nutrient in papaya called choline which helps us to fall asleep, improves our brain function and strengthens the memory. Also papaya contains unique enzymes that digest proteins in our body.
Therefore, I came to the conclusion that in case of long trainings (as we can’t eat a banana for 5 weeks) I will take dates and some pieces of papaya as a snack!
