February 21st
Hello everybody! Writing you very late in the evening…
We can not say that we felt a lot of difference in our body maybe a bit lighter. What we wanted was some unhealthy food — chips and chocolates or sweets! I think we wanted this mostly because of the thought that we can’t eat it at all!
Breakfast. In the morning Anton wrote me that he tried rye porridge in the microwave with oatmilk (kaurajuoma by kaslink Aito with 1,5% fat) and liked it a lot. I ate raspberry flavored oat yogurt (by Oddlygood kaurapohjainengurtti, vadelma).
I am going to consider this idea and prepare it tomorrow for breakfast…
Today was a long day for us with work and practise… Plus I came myself earlier in the dancehall for my excersises which I like to do sometimes alone before we are training. So I was forced to prepare a snack for us!

Snack time. I made sandwiches from oat bread (kaura leipä) with lactose free Flora and chicken sausage with Violife vegan cheese. Plus I took some baby carrots for us. I would like to mention again that this diet is just a guideline and we both made more attention not to eat the forbiden food. This cheese for sure is a processed product so it means that it includes starches and some other ingredients. But it does not contain eggs, milk and all the forbiden ingreadients. We decided to try it and if we liked it, to eat on the sandwich little by little. Taste of the cheese was quite ok, I even was surpried that it tasted like cheese and in the supermarkets you could find different flavors and different producers.
Our dinner. And again same story, we came home late. For a dinner I quickly put the frozen potato wedges (lohkoperunat) into the stove. I chopped and fried mushrooms in a pan. Do not forget not to pile the mushrooms in the pan because there will be a lot of liquid and they will not get nicely roasted. In this diet all kind of mushrooms are allowed though I started with the cheapest ones, the champignons.
Fresh champignons contain vitamins B, D, E, PP, as well as some minerals: potassium, calcium, zinc, selenium, copper and manganese, iron, phosphorus, nearly two dozen amino acids, many of which are essential for our body. Champignons are rich in high-quality, easily digestible protein, which is an alternative to meat protein and is necessary for building cells in the body. Calorific value of fresh champignons is only 27 kcal per 100 grams of product.
Dessert. Fresh plums, dried dates and plums for us, and I ate a leftover of papaya. And still I wanted to eat something very sweet! With this thought, I wandered to sleep…
