Day 13 and 14:

March 2nd and 3rd

Hello my dear readers!

Saturday was one of our many competitions and on Sunday we have been resting to prepare for a lond and busy week.

Breakfast. I had my black coffee and defrosted blueberries with a sprinkle of sugar on top. Sometimes I like my breakfast very light and have a snack in the middle of the day. As I probably mentioned already several times Anton stoped consuming coffee now mostly. Only for some days if he has to wake up very earlier and has a long day ahead he could take half of a cup.

Blueberries.

Snack. Some baby carrots and a rye crisp with Keiju spread and avocado on top.

Dinner. Turkey fillets and the salad: choped cabbage, peeled cucumbers and variety of salad leaves (you can buy them separately or ust  aready mix in every store).

Last week we ate sweet potatoes and carrots in the oven. And below I have added a couple of pictures with some benefits of these vegetables.
