From March 4th till Marth 10th
Hello my dear readers!
The third week past very fast!
Summing up our three-week diet:
- How good do we really feels ourselves with Anton!
- Muscle pains reduced significantly and are almost invisible, even after competitions or strong trainings. We feel less tired even if we are waking up very very early.
- During training the shortness of breath have almost disapeared. It has become easier to dance stamina in the evenings and mornings.
- An interesting factr for us was that at first we did not assume those changes would appear at all. But now we just feel good. My migraines have decreased. All processes in the body function very quickly. My stomach stopped swelling. We have become easier to fall asleep and better to wake up in the morning.
After these 3 weeks, we probably feel in the best body sensation! After all, we are already accustomed to a diet, our body has begun to adopt. It has started to become our rhythm of life.
Breakfast. I added some defrosted raspberries to my half portion of porridge. Just for a small change of flavours.
Dinner. For several day I have prepared celery root puree, it was like mashed potato puree but lighter and with less fat.
Salad. And I added for a change a variety of cabbages. All raw ingredients.
