From March 11th till March 17th
By this week we have already felt very comfortable with our daily nutrition and generally we have begun to forget that this is our diet!
Probably the most difficult thing is if you travel quite a lot.
All our lessons, camps, competitions are abroad. That makes us to take some food products with us from Finland. While travelling priority in to rent an appartment then a hotel so I can prepare food for us.
In the store, we were buying the right products for our diet, and cooked them already in the apartment. At first, it seemed not veyr convenient, but with time and every trip – you get used to it.
Yes, it takes time but in principle all the main products could be purchased at any store all over the world.
Breakfast. For this week we had or porridge or oat yougurt with the allowed flavours. I ate quite a lot of mangos for breakfast too.
Mango.

Carbohydrates, g: 11.5
Dinner. Where ever we were going to th trip outside Finland our basic dinner consted from chicken baken in oven or simply fried in the pan and salad for a side dish. We were buying already made packages of different salad mixes so save our precious time during our numerous travellings.
Evening snack. Green tea and fresh plums were enough for us.
