Day 10: We start to feel different

February 27th

Good moring all!

Breakfast. Today we indulged ourselves with porridge and jam which we bought yesterday. All sweet things taste good if you like sweet!

What has changed in the body and sensations:

New feelings during trainings. The first thing that we both felt was lightness through our all body. While dancing, it didn’t become too heavy and hard to manage. Our breathing became more free and steady. Also we started to feel less shortness of breath during more intensive dancing. When you dance the final at once or several dances in a raw, usually comes thall well known heavy feeling in the body but now somehow it felt quite less. We felt like it was a bit easier to keep up the focus to perform the movements. In general the physical feeling started to be not like it was before. In the same time me and Anton started to have a different sensations in our bodies yet not so strong but already tangible.

There was no lunch for us plus I forgot take our snack with me while I was going to the dancehall. Basically, we haв a breakfast in the morning and a quite late dinner. It would be ok in case we had a normal day but with training and teaching and working it is a little unballanced and we were getting quite hungry.

Later today in the store after our own practice, we decided to bake sweet potato and carrots in the oven. Add some diversity to our diet meals so to say. As we are allowed to eat all the roots (you can always check on the list of allowed ingredients). Therefore, today I baked – sweet potato wedges and carrots.

Our dinner. The only minus of this diet is that everything should be cooked from scratch. Not difficult but it takes time! Even though I try to prepare in advance and count on several days of cooked food still some days fly by quickly and I end up baking them almost at night.

Baking veggies. I’ve roasted zucchini in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius about 20-25 min depending how much cripsy you want to have them. Now there are many recipes that are easy to find in internet on various culinary sites as well as in any culinary magazines. I cook now quite quickly and simple enough due to the lack of free time. Simple, tasty, easy to prepare, Zucchini is easy to combine with any products,
be sure to look at different recipes if you have some time fantasize and cook with pleasure, as I do!

Zucchini or kesakurpitsa (in finnish). Consist of 95% water and are one of the most dietary foods. Calorie zucchini – 24 kcal. Nutritional value: proteins – 0.6 g, fats – 0.3 g, carbohydrates – 4.6 g
The value of zucchini in high content of fiber, vitamins C and B, calcium, potassium, manganese, phosphorus.
