Day 12: Continuing our routine diet

March 1st

Good morning!

Breakfast. We had an oatgurt (yogurt from oats) by Kaslin Aito with blueberry flavour.

Snack. Rye bread sandwich with chicken and salad leaves, plus baby carrots.

Perhaps might repeat myself again, but it is quite important to remember. Check the ingredients of the bread. Very often it contains wheat flour!
This bread in the picture has only of rye flour!
 
 
 
 

Dinner. We had the leftovers of sweet potato wedges, baked carrots and roasted turkey filets (for about 25-30 min in the oven 200 degrees Celsius). Usually if we bake, we try to prepare enough for two days definitely. There is simply no time to do it every day for us!

Salad is simple and same. Sometimes I change some ingredients, but the meaning remains the same as before I described to you.

Today we were just training ourselves and not teaching. The reason is a comptitions coming on the weekend.

In the evevning after coming home just a cup of green tea and we were off to bed…

 

Olive oil.

Along with fats, oil contains vitamins E, K and B4, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, iron. Despite the high calorific value (898 Kcal per 100 g), it is allowed to add to the diet with weight loss. If once a day there is a salad seasoned with oil, it will not bring any harm to the figure.
